Stranger Things Start Allegedly Found With Cocaine At LA Airport

The land of Hollywood and Los Angeles can feel like scandal central and a recent incident involving an up-and-coming actor proves this point once again. Charlie Heaton, star of Stranger Things, was apparently caught at an airport in L.A. recently, with cocaine.

Reports indicate that the actor, 23 years of age, was flying to the United States from London, England to make the season 2 premiere of the highly-popular Netflix series. The event was held on October 26th and Heaton was busted on the 21st.

Who caught the young star with said drugs on him? It was none other than those smart (and nose-sensitive) sniffer dogs. As such, Heaton was denied entry into the U.S. by border officials.
It’s important to note, the Stranger Things’ star was not charged with anything, simply sent packing back to his home in London.

US magazine reported that Heaton’s representative has yet to offer a comment around the incident.

Still, the native of East Yorkshire was absent from the Stranger Things’ season 2 premiere as such; a star-studded event in its own right … well, other than missing one of its main players that is. Heaton portrays a series regular known as Jonathan Byers.

Earlier in 2017, the star was seen holding hands on numerous occasions with Stranger Things co-star Natalia Dyer, a starlet who portrays Nancy Wheeler on the show. The two have not confirmed their couple status to entertainment media as of yet. Dyer, 20 years old, was at the premier event, which took place in Los Angeles.

Drugs and Hollywood are nothing new these days, however, here’s hoping that Heaton can clean up his act. The drug has been known to become a huge distraction when it comes to any rising star working on their career, and moreover, cocaine has been linked to the deaths of many beloved entertainers in the past; deaths that could have otherwise been prevented.
