It’s everyone’s worst nightmare to get lost while on vacation, and Hollywood actress Jennifer Garner experienced a movie moment while in Sweden on a recent kayaking trip.

Garner, 46 years of age, along with Violet her 12-year-old daughter, required rescue efforts when they got lost at sea while kayaking in Stockholm.

The actress hit her Instagram account to let her fans know about the crazy holiday turn of events recently. As per her post, the two apparently paddles as hard as they could for about ‘100 hours’ before their kayak ended up in a shipping lane.

The good news was that the two were rescued, and apparently were privy to an incredible sunset. The even better news? Sweet Violet, the daughter that Garner shares with ex-husband and mega-movie star Ben Affleck, did not complain once.

Travel and Leisure reported that Jennifer’s Instagram photo showed her and Violet paddling in the water, with a beautiful sunset as a backdrop.

Could life be imitating art for the actress? Jennifer is all set to star in a new TV show that centers around outdoor adventure trips gone wrong, in the new HBO comedy series simply dubbed, Camping. The first trailer is set to air next July.

As per HBO, Camping is about a married couple who plans an outdoor holiday meticulously. Things start to go awry when forces of nature, and uninvited guests, pop up to turn the weekend into a test of their relationship and friendships. Garner will play Kathryn, who happens to be the wife of Walt, portrayed by David Tennant. This is the first time Garner hits the small screen against since her stint with Alias, a show that skyrocketed her to fame.

Camping is an adaptation of the British series (same name) that is set to premiere this October 14th.
