Heads up Hard Rock Hotel resort lovers, the brand is getting rid of its resort credits and replacing them by offering a ‘Limitless All-Inclusive’ initiative, providing a 25 percent fee that will cover unlimited access to everything within the hotel resort from some spa treatments, to golf, as well as certain excursions and tours.
As per the brand’s parent company, AIC Hotel Group, the Hard Rock’s all-inclusive hotels within the Dominican Republic and Mexico are officially ending resort credit use and going ‘limitless’.
Limitless All-Inclusive will begin with bookings that take place starting September 15th of this year, for travel that commences January 6th of next year. This will impact the Punta Cana Hard Rock resort, the one in Riviera Maya, Cancun, Vallarta, as well as the Hard Rock Los Cabos, that will officially open in 2019.
The golf experience within this Hard Rock Limitless All-Inclusive concept will be at Robert von Hagge and Jack Nicklaus courses. Also included are some Rock spa treatments, POSH Beauty Salon, barber shop services, as well as select excursions and tours.
Travelweek reported that Frank Maduro, VP of Marketing for AIC Hotel Group chimed in on the new offer by stating that the Hard Rock Hotels are known as trailblazers within the industry, continually breaking out of the usual things when developing unique client experiences and amenities. He added that, as such, eliminating the resort credit was the next step to take.
It’s important to note that guests looking for a ‘bare-bones’ experiences (i.e. no spa, tours, golf, etc.) don’t have to worry about the 25 percent service fee for those resort activities and won’t be charged it. This is reserved for those resort guests that engage in any experiences or activities the Hard Rock all-inclusive resort has to offer.
