Base Jumping is the new daredevil act in town. This is far more different than bungee jumping. There is no rope to attach you to a thing. Base Jumping is the act of throwing yourself off a building, cliff or a tower and catapulting to the ground with only a parachute to save you. The wind suits are the awe inspiring outfits they wear and seeing them jump is something shocking because you just can’t imagine doing that with all the risks involved. But people do it as the latest extreme sport and if you’re one of them you’re going to be looking for the best place to do it. I have compiled a list of the best places to go for base jumping.
There is a cliff in the Yosemite National Park that is over 3000 feet high, yikes! And it's a well known place for not only hikers alike but base jumpers as well. There has been some controversy lately on whether or not they are still allowing flyers to jump but that's because some base jumpers disregarded the rules for jumping and ruined it for everyone else. But it's still one of th best places to jump.
